Last verified September 23: Colorado grant applications were closed. An October 1 final rule takes effect October 16, but that date is not a confirmed reopening. No new application window verified as of October 8; the Colorado page was inaccessible.

Can this be combined with other funding?
Ask each administrator to approve the combined funding plan; total awards and eligible costs may be capped.
