Location: Eligible Colorado agricultural or rural business projects
Property uses: Commercial, Industrial / manufacturing, Agriculture
- Meet USDA applicant and rural-location requirements; agricultural producer rules differ.
- Technical merit, energy assessment/audit and environmental review may be required.

Contact the Colorado Rural Development office before construction or purchase.
Can this be combined with other funding?
Ask each administrator to approve the combined funding plan; total awards and eligible costs may be capped.
