Who may qualify?
Location: Eligible Colorado nonprofit facilities
Property uses: Nonprofit
- Colorado 501(c)(3) in good standing, primarily delivering in-person services to income-qualified residents.
- Must pay the utility bill and be an Xcel, Atmos or Black Hills gas customer.
- Leased sites need at least three years remaining, renewal option and owner support; other exclusions apply.

Can this be combined with other funding?
Ask each administrator to approve the combined funding plan; total awards and eligible costs may be capped.
