What support is available?

Public L2: up to $1,000; qualifying non-public chargers: up to $250. Both capped at 50% of charger plus installation cost.

Public and commercial EV-charger rebates end for 2027 installations. Purchase and install eligible equipment in 2026; submit a complete application within 90 days of installation and no later than January 21, 2027. December 31 is the installation cutoff, not the final paperwork date.

Who may qualify?

Location: LPEA service territory

Property uses: Commercial, Industrial / manufacturing, Multifamily, Nonprofit, Public / institutional, Agriculture

Public chargers must support the required data and fee collection.
Non-public/non-fee chargers must avoid charging during 4–9 pm peak hours.
Public and non-public applications must be submitted within 90 days of installation. The public form requests charger/installation invoices, a signed W-9, account and equipment details, and disclosure of grant funding.
The commercial page sends non-public/non-fee applicants to a page labeled Residential Only. Confirm the correct business application and which requirements apply with LPEA; household income-qualified benefits are not business rebates.
