Location: Eligible Colorado geothermal projects

Property uses: Commercial, Industrial / manufacturing, Multifamily, Nonprofit, Public / institutional, Agriculture

  • Qualifying development or thermal network project; this is not a general rebate for every ground-source heat pump.
  • Building owners, campuses, developers and eligible public or private entities can apply.

Obtain project-specific eligibility and tax-credit agreement; review new-cycle materials.

Can this be combined with other funding?

Ask each administrator to approve the combined funding plan; total awards and eligible costs may be capped.
