Property uses: Commercial, Industrial / manufacturing, Multifamily, Nonprofit, Public / institutional, Agriculture
- Building at least 25,000 sq ft and subject to Energize Denver performance requirements.
- Audit must meet the city’s Level II or higher minimum requirements.
Before you purchase or start work
Preapproval deadline December 15, 2026; qualifying past audits from November 17, 2022 may be considered under the retroactive rules.
Can this be combined with other funding?
Ask each administrator to approve the combined funding plan; total awards and eligible costs may be capped.
