Who may qualify?

Location: Eligible Colorado industrial facilities and projects

Property uses: Industrial / manufacturing, Agriculture

  • Qualifying industrial applicant and measurable emissions-reduction project.
  • Manufacturing, eligible agricultural producers and certain energy-as-a-service or carbon-management applicants may qualify.
  • Formal tax-credit reservation, agreement and certification are required.

Before you purchase or start work

Credits cannot be reserved for projects or studies completed before the application and approval process ends.

Can this be combined with other funding?

CEO states that CITCO and Clean Air Program funding cannot be combined. Review other cost and funding interactions.
