Short-term financing between project implementation and receipt of a reimbursable incentive.

What support is available?

Published up to $500,000 and/or 100% of an incentive; larger requests considered. Terms up to 36 months. Monthly interest-only payments. Published origination fee: 2% of loan amount, plus customary third-party transaction fees; principal remains repayable.

Who may qualify?

Location: Colorado

Property uses: Commercial, Industrial / manufacturing, Multifamily, Nonprofit, Public / institutional, Agriculture

  • Requires an acceptable grant, rebate or incentive receivable and lender underwriting.
  • Reassignment of incentive payments and additional collateral may be required.
  • Projects must be in Colorado. Published business underwriting criteria require at least two years in business; a personal guarantee is generally required, with a published waiver for entities with at least three years in business and loans below $150,000. Confirm treatment of your entity type with the lender.
  • Prepare financial statements, tax returns, entity documents, project/equipment quotes and applicable insurance. The public project intake is separate from the loan application; suitable projects are invited to apply after an initial discussion.

Disclose all other project funding and confirm the combined financing structure in writing.
